With E3 just a few short weeks away, everyone is coming out swinging with their new projects. Not to be outdone, Activision and Bungie have unveiled a new live-action trailer for its upcoming first-person action opus Destiny.
The trailer called The Law of the Jungle has an older father telling a story to his child, talking about the “wolf” (or in this case the lead character of the game) as he does battle with his adversaries before coming face-to-face with a rather large enemy and not backing down. The clip features Giancarlo Esposito of Breaking Bad (GUS!) and Revolution fame, and was directed by Jon Favreau (Elf, Iron Man).
Along with the brief trailer, which looks astounding, Bungie and Activision have also revealed that first gameplay for Destiny will be shown to the world during Sony’s pre-E3 press conference on June 10th.
In the meantime, you can watch the trailer here and get ready to experience Destiny for yourself when it arrives early next year for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
