With the increasing popularity of Fortnite, the game has become a hub for all different types of media. Earlier this summer, for example, Fortnite showed select Christopher Nolan movies within the game.

Plenty of musicians like Mashmello and Travis Scott hosted huge concerts for players inside the virtual world. So earlier today, when K-Pop group BTS announced they would release the choreography version of their music video “Dynamite” inside of Fortnite, it didn’t seem crazy.

Fortnite’s events have gotten so large over the years that they now have a dedicated mode for players to jump into these types of gatherings. Party Royale was unveiled earlier this summer and didn’t allow players to kill or interrupt each other.

It’s a place of peace where everyone can just vibe to the entertainment being provided for them. BTS is bringing folks together again, and we love to see it. You can view the official announcement from the Fortnite Twitter account down below.

BTS also mentions two new emotes for purchase in the shop before the event so everyone can dance at the party BTS style. There will also be a Tropical Remix listening party at the end of the event, so be sure to stick around.

This is all going down on Friday, September 25, at 8 PM EST. If you’re interested, make sure you still have Fortnite downloaded, or pick it up for free pretty much anywhere (Except for iPhone and Mac).

Epic Games was even nice enough to give new Party Royale players some useful information on its website

"Please be aware of the following Party Royale pointers!

  • If you are downloading Fortnite for the first time and are planning to participate in a scheduled event in Party Royale, please download the game a few hours ahead of showtime, as download times may vary depending on platform and Internet connection speed.
  • If you have not played Fortnite in a while, please be sure to download updates a few hours ahead of showtime.
  • For big events in Party Royale, we recommend you join in 30 minutes to an hour ahead of showtime to secure your spot!"
