Haloween is coming! Animal Crossing New Horizons is starting the run-up to Halloween on September 30 with its newest update.
Below you can check out the trailer for Animal Crossing New Horizon’s Halloween Halloween update. It shows players going to Nook’s Cranny to buy candy, some scary vampires, and of course, plenty of pumpkins!

You’ll need to grow pumpkins to craft the new and exclusive Halloween items found in this update. Planting pumpkins work just like any other flower in the game.

Plant the seeds and water! Soon enough, you’ll have your very own pumpkin patch. You’ll be able to craft items like pumpkin scarecrows, headdresses, and more.
A big part of Halloween is candy, and your villagers want it. We even see a villager threaten to play a dirty trick on the player if they don’t give them candy. So I guess you should always have candy on you, or you’ll have to watch your back.
Keep your head on a swivel. It would be a real shame if something happened to you. Of course, it wouldn’t be spooky season without costumes! New clothing options will be available in the Able Sister’s shop.
At the end of the trailer, Nintendo announced that an update would be rolling out on the Nooklink companion app later this year to allow players to use their reactions directly from the app. This is great for players who have so many reactions and can’t always choose their favorites quickly.
Another big free update is scheduled for late November, which will probably bring some festive holiday cheer after all of these scary updates.
Honestly, the scariest part of Animal Crossing New Horizons for me will be returning to my island after months of leaving it to the forces of nature. Going to have to pick a lot of weeds
To get ready for the holidays.
Nintendo announced that Animal Crossing Amiibo Cards Series 1-4 will make their return for $5.99 per pack in a separate tweet.
