Retro gaming has been making a comeback over the past few years, and now Amazon is looking to make it easier than ever for gamers to get their hands on the retro games that they love. Today they launched their very own Retro Zone hub, where fans of old retro games can pick up a ton of assorted products including things like retro mobile games, as well as retro console games, toys, clothing, and even books.

The really interesting thing about the new Retro Zone is the fact that Amazon plans to release a new rotation of discounted games, as well as exclusive products that fans will only be able to pick up during select times. To help kick things off, Amazon has decided to run some great deals on mobile games, and fans can pick up the following items for a discount right now.

  • Save 29% on RayForce + Amazon exclusive stage 2 soundtrack
  • Save 20% on RayStorm + Amazon exclusive stage 2 soundtrack
  • Save 66% on Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee + Amazon exclusive orange skinned Abe

Fans can visit the Retro Zone now to start purchasing their favorite items, and for a limited time, Amazon will be giving away five SNES Games. For the full details of the giveaway, be sure to head over to the Retro Zone landing page on, where you’ll also be able to see the full lineup of items that are currently available. Fans will also be able to purchase exclusive soundtracks, which you won’t be able to find anywhere else.

It’s great to see retro gaming making a comeback, and the launch of Retro Zone really opens some new avenues for fans of old-school gaming to find the items, games, and other assorted products that they love and want to purchase.
