Mission: Foresight 

Objective: Purchase the 416 assault rifle. 

Open your map and mark the waypoint of the next mission objective (the yellow symbol). When you reach the new location, enter the shop and purchase the 416 Full-Auto Assault Rifle. The gun costs $1200, so make sure you have enough before you go in. If you do not have enough, walk around and hack pedestrians until you have the money.
