This video first debuted last month but somehow escaped our radar, which means we got to enjoy it for the first time! For those that also missed the hilarious memo, check out the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Billie Eilish Bass Guy parody video below, it has no right being this dang good:

This isn’t just a half-done remake, no – this YouTuber recorded her own version of the song with effects seen in the original Bad Guy music video – black gunk coming out of her nose included. Like this musical artist or not, it’s hard to deny that this parody was expertly done and hilarious to boot, that’s no easy feat, and it is one that definitely provided some much-needed entertainment this Thursday afternoon.

With the continued uncertainty relating to COVID-19, the magic that New Horizons does offer is a particular brand of magic the world needs right now. With continuous updates from Nintendo, new events to enjoy, and familiar faces making their triumphant return, it’s easy to see why the latest Animal Crossing has taken the gaming world by storm, that’s definitely not a bad thing at all!
