Avatar: The Last Airbender, meet Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Just don't turn your girlfriend into the moon.

There’s no denying that Animal Crossing: New Horizons arrived at the perfect time, allowing players to dive in and let their creativity fly in every direction that Tom Nook would allow. Everything from players hilariously recreating Tim Sweeney’s background during the PS5 tech demo reveal all the way to celebrities getting in on the island life, there’s something for seemingly everyone in the new Animal Crossing game. That said, some players are now recreating scenes from Avatar: The Last Airbender, and it is incredible.

A popular location from the show that many players have been focused on recreating is the Northern Water Tribe Spirit Oasis from the latter episodes of season one of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Given how creative some Animal Crossing players have demonstrated to be, it’s no surprise that they have been crushing it when it comes to bringing a bit of the Avatar life to the digital island. Check out the creations from Reddit users demonica12, shdycnnn, and illni below.

Of course, one of the most notable characters from Avatar: The Last Airbender was the lovable and wise Uncle Iroh. Some Animal Crossing players by the names of BackToClassics and ItsPronouncedOiler couldn’t help but be inspired by the tea-lover and wisdom-giver, creating these beautiful areas.
