How to Redeem Honkai: Star Rail Codes

  1. Launch Honkai: Star Rail and complete the tutorial.
  2. Access your user menu by clicking the three dots next to your character name.
  3. Select “Redemption Code” from the options.
  4. Advance in the main story to unlock your in-game mailbox.
  5. Check your in-game mailbox to receive your rewards for progressing through the story.

Why are my Honkai: Star Rail Codes not working?

When it comes to codes not working, our experience has taught us that there are usually just a few reasons why a code is not working on your end:

  1. Typo. People make accidental mistakes while typing their codes, mistakenly adding a space where it’s not supposed to be, etc. To be sure, copy the code from here and paste it where it’s supposed to be placed.
  2. Already redeemed. Sometimes, when a code is long-lasting, people redeem it and later forget that they did so. In these cases, the system should usually notify you that it has already been redeemed.
  3. No longer working (disabled by the developer). A lot of the codes are time-limited and get pulled out of the game at some point. In case we have an expired code listed under active codes, let us know so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
