Overwatch Gets Googly-Eyed In New April Fools Day Event

While most developers are shying away from the usual April Fools Day jokes, a few devs are having a little harmless fun with the joke-filled holiday. With so much going on in the world, a little laughter is needed, which is exactly why Blizzard added googly eyes to all heroes for today only.

The event doesn’t do anything other than add a comedic set of roving eyes to each hero, which is downright hilarious when looking at Genji with the Illidan skin from World of Warcraft. So serious, yet so funny looking. It’s the best of both worlds. 

Whether you’re a D.Va man and want to NERF THIS with a new set of peepers, or you’re taking the much more cutthroat approach with Doomfist, it’s all fun and games when you slap a pair of googly eyes onto each character and makes it even better to stay on the objective to try to see the whole team with their new and improved faces.
