The Death Stranding PC release is slated for a Summer 2020 launch and is now available to pre-order on both Steam and the Epic Games Store.
The news that the highly anticipated Hideo Kojima title is coming to both libraries is a breath of fresh air for many, especially since the Epic Games Store has been making power moves regarding exclusives. Many gamers assumed that the high-profile title would be yet another Epic grab, but now those rumors – also spread by other sites – can be laid to rest for good.
While we don’t have an exact release date at this time, to know that Death Stranding is coming to PC at all is great news. For the longest time – especially given how much Sony has invested in the PS4 title – it was perceived to be a PlayStation-only exclusive. There were retail leaks and rumors stating otherwise, but mostly that talk was kept firmly in the rumor pile.
While the PC playerbase must wait a little longer, PlayStation 4 players can get in on the action now. For those getting their Hideo Kojima on, you can check out our Game Hub here for tips, tricks, and all of the latest news regarding Kojima Productions’ breakout title.
