Resi Evil 5 to be a while yet

Capcom producer and all round legend Keiji Inafune has revealed that the next Resident Evil installment is a long way off yet.

Keiji Inafune, someone with a life so steeped in gaming history you’d think he’d be made of pixels explained in an interview with Famitsu that the team are still experimenting with new ideas for the game and developing a new graphics engine. Apparently Capcom, who are making the game for both the PS3 and 360, want to make sure there are heaps of new twists and concepts in the game. This obviously means the game needs a good while in development.
