The prompt for the first activity is “Refugees are being captured and executed as they enter the northeastern part of the city.”

The solution for the prompt is to complete two Public Executions in Downtown East or Judiciary Square. The activity involves saving two hostages from two waves of enemies. The challenge must be done within either of the two regions for it to count. Set the Global Difficulty to Normal for an easier time.

The hint for the second activity is “Large numbers of refugees are heading to Downtown East. We need to secure control of the area for their safety.”

The answer to the second riddle is to take over two control points in the Downtown East region. There are four control points in Downtown East: Fallen Cranes, Demolition Site, Red Dragon, and MLK Memorial Library. You will have to reset control points to complete this challenge if they are already liberated.

The hint for the third activity is “We’re getting reports of Cleaners sighted in Downtown East. Investigate and eliminate.”

The solution to the third activity is to kill 10 Cleaners in Downtown East. Year 8 Season 3 has brought the Cleaner faction to Washington D.C., so simply roam around the Downtown East area to find groups of Cleaners. You can also find Cleaner-branded activities in the region, so long as there are unclaimed control points.
