The prompt for the first activity is “Secure a foothold in West Potomac Park.”
The solution for the prompt is to capture one control points in West Potomac Park. There are three control points in West Potomac Park: The Mast, Flooded Levee, and Washington Monument. You only need to capture one out of the three.
The Division 2 Y8S1 Scout 9 HVT Manhunt Riddle 2 Solution
The hint for the second activity is “The recovered intel suggests Black Tusk are moving supplies across the Arlington Memorial Bridge.”
The answer to the second riddle is to complete a Warhound Convoy activity in West Potomac Park. The activity involves intercepting a traveling convoy with an armed robotic dog, and the icon on the map for it is the Warhound. You may have to reset your control points to populate more enemy activity in the region.
The Division 2 Y8S1 Scout 9 HVT Manhunt Riddle 3 Solution
The hint for the third activity is “We’ve identified the target as Alec Skinner. Eliminate him.”
The solution to the third activity is to complete the 4th Logistics Battalion bounty. Go to the Bounties tab on the map screen and select the list of bounties from the West Potomac Park region. The bounty is called 4th Logistics Battalion and is set at Hard difficulty. It can be easily completed solo with an optimized build.
