Resident Evil Requiem Complete Walkthrough – Grace Water Treatment Plant

After Leon saves Grace in the courtyard in Resident Evil Requiem, you’ll play as Grace trying to find a way to save Emily, but she finds herself stuck in the Water Treatment Plant.

Here’s a complete walkthrough of everything you’ll go through as Grace in the Water Treatment Plant in RE9.

Complete Water Treatment Plant Walkthrough – Resident Evil Requiem

As Grace, you need to carry Emily all the way through this area. Nothing really to get here, so just keep moving until you climb the staircase. Turn right immediately and enter the big gated door. This triggers a cutscene.

Afterwards, there’s a typewriter, a Med Injector, handgun ammo, and a file on the desk. Leave the room, and you’ll lock Emily up so she’s safe.

You’ll also know that the “Girl” or Shadow Ghost is around the area. Move to the corner of the area and jump down to the elevator. Grab the 12.7x55mm Ammo on the side.

If you keep moving forward, you’ll hear the Girl here. Open the map, and the three power distribution units will be marked on the map.

There’s no specific order you have to follow. You can go to the closest one or the one with the clear path away from the Girl. However, once the Girl finds you, which she will eventually, she’ll chase you endlessly until you complete a power distribution unit. Shooting her with a Requiem or throwing a molotov will only stun her for a while instead of forcing her to flee like last time.

Control Room Power Distribution Unit

When you make your way to the control room, head to the Filing Room immediately. Ignore the power in the Control Room first. Grab the Crank Lever on the shelf, and use it to activate the power distribution unit in the Control Room.

Since this area only has one way through, the Girl should be chasing you, so feel free to unload a Requiem shot so you can run to the Control Room and activate the power distribution unit. Once opened, the light will turn on, and the Girl will disappear and stay by the Sedimentation area again.

Storage Area Power Distribution Unit

Make your way to the Storage unit area from the center, and make sure to grab the Requiem ammo on top of the blue barrel on the way there.

Once you are near, you’ll hear the Girl drop down and chase after you immediately. Turn right to the light switch. Activating this will turn on the light and stun the Girl for a few seconds. However, you want to wait for the Girl to come a little closer so you can squeeze through and activate the Power Distribution Unit here. Once the power is on, she’ll disappear again.

Chemical Treatment Power Distribution Unit

Go to the nearby Chemical Treatment area. You’ll start hearing the Girl, but she won’t show up yet. Once at the power distribution unit, you’ll need a couple of seconds to crank the stuck lever.

Once you start cranking the lever, the Girl reappears. Don’t try to hold it. Shoot the Girl with a Requiem shot and go crank the lever until you are finished. Grab the Molotov Cocktail next to the power distribution unit here.

Once everything is activated, the whole floor is safe. You can roam around and find some items, like the Med Injector or some previously missed 12.7x55mm ammo.

Now go to the elevator and make your way up. The Girl reappears here once you get near the hatch button. Turn left immediately and go toward the light switch near the hatch button. Stun the Girl and activate the hatch.

A prompt will show for you to shoot the Girl with the Requiem. Aim anywhere as long as you hit the Girl. She’ll die and go back to Emily.

This triggers a cutscene, which should have a lot of surprises for you and also end this section.

Now you’ll switch to Leon and navigate East Racoon City.
