The best Thor build is one focused on staying in the Awakening Rune state as often and as long as possible. Your sole goal is to build up everything around this state, so you also need to focus on enhancing Thor’s Mjolnir Bash. You basically want to turn Mjolnir into a lightning gun that allows you to fire nearly endless, extremely rapid projectiles at enemies. Who needs The Punisher when you’ve got Thor?
