Absolum Password Puzzle Solution in Yeldrim

As you travel through the major areas of Absolum, you will need to fulfill different conditions to unlock new paths within each region. When you reach Yeldrim, you will find a locked entrance that requires a specific password to access.

Yeldrim Password Puzzle Solution

When you reach the fifth node in Yeldrim, you will find a locked gate at the top right that leads to a secret area and requires a specific password to open. The password is simple and is shown by the last cultist who is allowed to enter. At the gate, the cultist inside will ask you two questions, and you must respond using emotes.

• First question = Thumbs Down
• Second question = Thumbs Up

To perform an emote, hold RB / R1 and press d-pad up for Thumbs Up or d-pad down for Thumbs Down. Each time you perform it, a skull hand will appear over your head. After this, the gate will open.

Here is how that conversation should play out:

• You: (Press RB) I have been summoned.
• Cultist: There are many people, but only one truth – do you seek it?
• You: (Hold RB + D-Pad Down) Thumbs Down
• Cultist: Show me that you are one of us.
• You: (Hold RB + D-Pad Up) Thumbs Up
• Cultist: You may enter.

After the gate is opened, you’ll be invited in.

Once your character gives the correct password, you will gain access to the Mansion of the Cult, which, as you might expect, has a fun cosmic horror vibe.

It’s a very different location compared to the rest of the game and even Yeldrim itself. There is also a mini-boss you can fight during this, which means another inspiration that can be added to your kit, and you’ll eventually end up at the Morta Mima, Silver Queen boss fight.
