How to Get Prank of Monkey King Achievement in Marvel Rivals

There are many unique achievements you can tackle in Marvel Rivals, many of which ask you to seek out specific items or locations around maps. One of the trickier ones is Prank of Monkey King.

You’re not given a whole lot of guidance for this one, so figuring out where to go and what needs to be done for this endeavor can be quite tricky. It’s not too tough a task to check off once you understand the requirements, so here’s how to get the Prank of Monkey King achievement in Marvel Rivals.

How to Complete Prank of Monkey King in Marvel Rivals

To unlock the Prank of Monkey King achievement, you need to find and smash a total of 10 Fruit of Immortality. This task can only be completed while attending the Jade Pond banquet on the K’un-Lun: Heart of Heaven Convergence map.

The Jade Pond banquet area is the spawn room for the attacking team, so you can only tackle this mission when you’re on this side. There’s no way to control which side you spawn on, so luck plays a large role in how easy or tough this task is.

You’ll know you’re on the right side to work on this quest if your character spawns on a boat during the character selection phase and if you see the “Use the tablet of Iron Fist to awaken Shou-Lao” text in the upper left corner. Upon loading into the spawn room, you’ll also see the line “Lift the seal on the tablet of Iron Fist” right underneath it.

Fruit of Immortality Location in Marvel Rivals

The Fruit of Immortality can be found on the tables in the Jade Pond banquet spawn room for the attacking team on the K’un-Lun: Heart of Heaven map. These fruits look like peaches and have a light pastel pink/orange color that’s fairly easy to spot once you’re in the right area. There’s plenty of it on and around the tables on either side of the spawn room, so pick whichever side you like best to work on this task.

Smash 10 Fruit of Immortality at the Jade Pond Banquet in Marvel Rivals

To smash 10 Fruit of Immortality, simply target the peach-like fruit around the attack spawn room using any melee attack. The tough part of this task is that you must wait for the round to officially begin before you attempt it, as any fruit you smash before this point won’t count.

You’ll know the round has begun when the door opens and you can exit the spawn room. Galacta also always gives a countdown right before, making it easy to know when it’s go time. Plan out which attacks you’re going to use ahead of time so you can swiftly take out 10 fruits and rejoin your team.

You cannot work on this mission in custom matches or Practice VS. AI, so you must stick to Quick Match or Competitive to get it done. Since you have to stay behind for a bit to finish this task, it’s best to only work on it in Quick Match, not Competitive, as you don’t want to leave your team down a player in a serious setting.
