The manhunt for Theo Parnell The Division 2 has reached week 11 with three new activities containing hints to reveal and complete. Here are the Theo Parnell Scout 11 manhunt riddle solutions in The Division 2.

Theo Parnell Scout 11 Manhunt Riddle 1 Solution

The hint for the first activity is, “If we want to create a just society, we have to eliminate the unjust.”

The solution is to complete a bounty in Judiciary Square. Simply fast-travel to the Judiciary Square and complete a Bounty activity from the map. If one is not readily available, then complete a Public Execution activity to drop a bounty.

Theo Parnell Scout 11 Manhunt Riddle 2 Solution

The hint for the second activity is, “The hostiles have leveled the playing field. They have the numbers, but we can gain the advantage if we are the only ones with the tech.”

The solution is to eliminate 15 enemy equipment in Judiciary Square. Enemy equipment would include turrets and explosive RC cars. Either roam around Judiciary Square waiting for groups of enemies to drop equipment to shoot or do the District Union Stronghold. The mission provides plenty of equipment to destroy and you can retry it instead of mindlessly wandering the streets.

Theo Parnell Scout 11 Manhunt Riddle 3 Solution

The hint for the third activity is, “You look like you could use a night in one of those places where people go after they get divorced and have plastic surgery to try and take back control of their lives.”

The solution is to take over the Hotel Infirmary Control Point. The control point is at the most north section of Judiciary Square and you simply have to complete the activity to finish up this week’s Manhunt missions.
