John Morris can be unlocked in the Ode to Castlevania expansion by evolving the Raging Fire, Ice Fang, Gale Force, and Rock Riot weapons. This does not have to be done in a single run and can be done over multiple runs to complete this task. The character will unlock after the fourth weapon has been evolved.

How to Get and Evolve Raging Fire

Players can get the Raging Fire item as the default weapon for Charlotte Aulin. She can be earned by finding seven Mirrors of Truth around the map after unlocking the Capra Gate.

The Raging Fire can be evolved by pairing it with the Spinach passive at max level to change it to the Salamender weapon.

How to Get and Evolve Ice Fang

Players can get Ice Fang by defeating Brachyura in the stairwell area of the Ode to Castlevania stage. It is the red boss circle south of the warp gate.

The weapon is also the default weapon for Sypha Belnades. She can be unlocked by defeating Slogra and Gaibon with Grant Danasty.

The Ice Fang can be evolved by pairing it with Spellbinder passive at max level to change it to the Cocytus weapon.

How to Get and Evolve Gale Force

Players can get Gale Force by defeating Zephyr in the Clock Tower area of the Ode to Castlevania stage. It is the red boss circle in the middle of the long vertical hallway.

The weapon is also the default weapon for Julia Laforeze. She can be unlocked by evolving the Globus, the default weapon for Saint Germain, by pairing it with a max level Empty Tome.

The Gale Force can be evolved by pairing it with the Bracer passive at max level to change it to the Pneuma Tempestas weapon.

How to Get and Evolve Rock Riot

Players can get Rock Riot by defeating Behemoth in the starting area of the Ode to Castlevania stage. It is the red boss circle just north of the initial spawn point.

The weapon is also the default weapon for Carrie Fernandez. She can be unlocked by evolving the Custos Glyphs, the default weapon for Cornell, by leveling all three weapons to max level.

The Rock Riot can be evolved by pairing it with the Stone Mask passive at max level to change it to the Gemma Torpor weapon.
