How to Finish the Walls Have Eyes in Escape from Tarkov

Don't mind me; just trying to do a quest here sir!

With the Factory map being reworked in patch 0.15 in Escape from Tarkov, it brought in several new quests. Some are simple, while some are quite extreme. The Walls Have Eyes, in particular, falls under the extreme side. However, if you learn everything about the task before going into the raid, it’ll be much easier. Here’s how to finish the Walls Have Eyes quest in Escape from Tarkov.

How to Complete the Walls Have Eyes Task in Escape from Tarkov

To complete the Walls Have Eyes task, you must finish the following objectives on Factory:

  • Install a Wi-Fi Camera in the first, second, and third crane’s cockpits in the Factory.

By accepting the Walls Have Eyes task from Skier, you’ll immediately get three Wi-Fi Cameras as the initial equipment for the task. Open up your messenger and grab those cameras from Skier. Put these Wi-Fi Cameras on your special equipment slots before you start a raid on Factory.

There are three total cranes where you have to place the Wi-Fi Cameras on. You don’t have to go through all the cranes in order. Wherever you spawn, you should go to the nearest one and play as safely as possible. It takes 40 seconds to plant the Wi-Fi Camera. Players will know if someone is up there because of the loud metal noise you make from stepping on the metal frame or the crane.

Factory is one of the hottest maps in the game because of how small it is. Players look to play in Factory when they are finishing their elimination quests, which makes Factory a purely PvP map.

Gate 0 Crane Location

This crane location is near gate 0. There’s a small ramp going up when you hug the wall. Once you are up, you can go down the ladder and start planting the camera. Once done, you can go out through the window of the crane.

Med Tents Crane Location

The next crane is near the med tents. You have to go up the metal stairs and run in the open. Scavs frequent this area, and you can get shot randomly when going up.

Gate 3 Crane Location

The last crane is near the most popular Factory extraction, gate 3. You can go up the metal stairs and onto the railings from the office dorm area. Again, make sure it is safe because you will be open from here.

You can place the Wi-Fi Cameras in different raids, so technically, you can get a cheap loadout, rush to one of the spots, and hope for the best. If you die, you won’t lose your Wi-Fi cameras because it is in your special equipment slot.

You can also do this in Marathon mode, but it will take longer. Since players may focus on transiting to the next map, they’ll be far from the cranes, giving you more space to do quests.

You can also do other Factory quests, such as Claustrophobia and Exit Here, so you can be efficient when questing. All three tasks can be done in one raid, given you can finish all the objectives without dying.
