Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is coming out sooner than expected, as CAPCOM revealed the July release date during Summer Game Fest 2024. The strategy action title is coming to PCs and consoles next month, and we finally have our first look at some technical details through Steam. Here are the official Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess minimum and recommended system requirements.

CAPCOM has shared the target performance and resolution for the title, which is always appreciated. If you want to play the title at 1080p with a 60 FPS target at the “Balanced” preset, you’ll need something like a GTX 1070 paired with a Ryzen 5 2600. Both of these are fairly old components at this point, which indicates this isn’t a very demanding release. However, if you wish to use ray-tracing at the same preset and resolution, you’ll need a better GPU, like the RTX 2080 Ti or the RX 6800.
On the lower side, you can even play the game on an RX 560 with a 30 FPS target on the “Performance” preset at 1080p. It’s nice to see that the game offers scalability similar to other RE Engine releases, and we hope it isn’t like Dragon’s Dogma 2. Apart from that, you only need 15 GB of free space to install the game, and 16 GB of RAM is recommended.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess Release Date
The game is coming to PC, Xbox Series S|X, and the PS5 on July 19, 2024. It’s also coming on day one to Xbox Game Pass.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is priced at $50, which is $20 lower than their new AAA pricing. We’re very interested to see how it pans out and we hope CAPCOM continues to invest in smaller projects like this.
