How to Create Sand in Infinite Craft – Exact Recipe

Creating sand in Infinite Craft requires using two of your starting elements, Earth and Wind, and combining them to create Dust. From here, you’ll merge your Dust twice to turn it into Sand.

In short, below are the exact combinations you need to do this:

  • Earth + Wind = Dust.
  • Dust + Dust = Sand.

And that’s it! It’s a short and quick process to create an incredibly helpful material that you can use to make deserts, glass objects, and beaches, among other things.

If you want to take things a step further, you can use the following combinations to kickstart your merging adventure:

  • Sand + Water = Beach.
  • Sand + Find = Glass.
  • Sand + Wind = Dune.
  • Sand + Earth = Desert.
  • Sand + Glass = Hourglass.

From here, you’ll unlock numerous possibilities for creating new items. Infinite Craft even lets you create Time itself, but doing that will take some effort and dedication. To avoid spoiling any enjoyment, I’ll let you experiment and discover additional combinations to your heart’s content.

However, if you’re new to the game and want extra tips, check out our Infinite Craft crafting guide.

Creating different items and materials using Sand allows you to extend beyond the basics, depending on how far you go. While things like Sand, Fire, or Clay may sound helpful, you can quickly evolve these into complex combinations that leave you impressed or wondering how you got to that point.
