Microsoft has announced that it will release a retail edition of Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, one that includes all the same features and content that are in the current version, as well as all the new extras that will be included with the forthcoming ninth title update.  Local multiplayer support will be included as well, if you’re still stuck offline.

The game will hit stores on April 30th, and will be priced at a reasonably fair $19.99.  Would-be builders looking to get addicted to something new should find more than enough to like here…
