When you first begin your playthrough of the Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, you’re presented with a lot of new and cool things. Not only can you get some unique guns from enemies alongside the new Relic skill tree to enhance your favorite Cyberware, but you can get other new things too. Here’s how to get a free car in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty.
Where to Get a Free Car in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty
To get a free car in Phantom Liberty, you’ll want to go through the main story missions until you reach the Lucretia My Reflection mission. At one point during this mission, you’ll be tasked with finding Solomon Reed so he can help you protect President Myers and help find Songbird. Now, you can roam the city again and go wherever you’d like around Dogtown.
A few minutes after exploring Dogtown, you’ll receive a call from your old handler, Mr. Hands, who has some business he wants help with that you can do whenever you’d like. After the call concludes, he’ll text you about a gift he’s gotten you: a free car. After reading this text, you can select the Tanishi T400 from the car menu and summon it to you.
Is the Tanishi T400 Worth Using?
The Tanishi T400 is a miniature pickup truck designed for off-roading but surprisingly capable when on the road. It has surprisingly excellent handling for a truck like it and does feature a stash similar to all other vehicles in Cyberpunk 2077. I used it with my entire playthrough of the Phantom Liberty DLC, and it was really fun to the point where I prefer it over many of my other vehicles. If you don’t already have a top-tier ride, I’d say to give it a spin.
