Everwinter City Museum Ledger of Curiosities Event Guide and Rewards in Honkai: Star Rail

Management simulator? In my RPG?

Honkai: Star Rail has really been spoiling us with all sorts of events in 1.1, but the strangest of all of them has to be the restoration of the Everwinter Museum. We have been tasked with retrieving exhibits that had been stolen from the museum or are in need of repair and bit by bit, we bring back the museum in full glory. This event has a bit of management sim combined with puzzles and combat, but for the most part, you spend most of your time in the museum picking volunteers and arranging staff for the best management of each room.  Here’s our guide on the Everwinter City Museum Ledger of Curiosities Event in Honkai: Star Rail.

Tips on Progressing Through the Everwinter City Museum Ledger of Curiosities Event in Honkai: Star Rail

This event is kinda funny because, for the most part, you’re progressing the days while managing the different floors of the museum as they become unlocked. This involves hiring different types of NPCs who help conduct tour guides for each room and complete missions that will unlock clues about exhibits that have gone missing or are in need of repair. You can also gather more volunteers in the form of Jarilo VI characters who will have boosted stats to help you out at the museum, all the while finishing the main storyline of finding out who is behind all of the thefts at the museum.

Some tips heading into the event are to progress the day as much as you like, always make sure you have your assistants cover the extent of your levels for each floor (never progress a day if you’re in the red), and complete the missions as soon as they become unlocked. This may seem a bit obvious, but here are the reasons behind it.

Progressing the days helps you get a lot of Development Funds which can pay for new employees that are brought in and help you level up your floors as well as the subsections underneath each one. You’d rather be able to save than go a day where your assistants aren’t leveled enough or have the correct stats to ensure that your Museum Day gives you the best result.

Never progressing a day where your floor may be in the red, indicating that your assistants don’t have enough Stamina, Knowledge, or Personality will result in a lesser score when your day is completed. You want to always try to end the day with a tier of S so that you get the most Development Funds from that day. You want to try to avoid leveling up the floors before you have the chance to hire better volunteers or level up the floor sections before then. You can actually see what your floor will level up to just by selecting the option, so if you want to level up the Main Area, then you can select it, see which portions need improvement, and either hire better staff or level up those subsections beforehand.

Completing missions as soon as they become unlocked can help you to get better assistants that are also characters involved in the main story. They’ll have far better stats than some of your current hires and help you get Stellar Jades just by collecting them. You’ll also be able to collect more attractions to the museum and start placing up exhibits so that your scores at the end of each progress day is then maximized and you’ll receive a better score in the Museum Quality and Restoration which will help you progress the Thief Story with Pela.

This event feels like such an idle and relaxing management simulator that it almost feels out of place in a game like Honkai: Star Rail. But I think it’s been really fun and adorable so far, and don’t forget, this museum is around to stay even when the Museum is finished so be sure to collect and furnish it with exhibits before the event is up. There are rewards that are limited to this duration of the event and it is difficult to say if the game will automatically list Ledgar of Curiosities alongside the Underground Battle Event in the archived events or if that will occur in the 1.2 update. But once we have it figured out, we’ll be sure to update you!
