If you’re anything like me, you tend to upgrade the wrong thing at the wrong time in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Whether you’re trying to make a great escape and run out of stamina at the worst time, or need that extra heart to push through an epic fight, it seems like you’re always running out of something at the worst possible time. While demonic in nature, the Horned Statue can offer you something very special once you have freed it from its seemingly eternal tomb. But, where can you find this dubious creature? Let’s dive in, literally, and find out.
Where Is The Horned Statue In Tears of the Kingdom?
Start at Lookout Landing (-0293, 0137, 0025) and make your way to the center of the location, to the Emergency Bunker (-0258, 0098, 0021). Descend to the bottom and search for the literal hole in the wall. There will be two NPC characters having a chat near the location, so keep your eyes out for someone holding a broom.

Speak to them and then make your way into the hole (-0253, 0111, 0008) to find yourself in the Royal Underground Passageway. You’ll see a few dialogue boxes pop up on the right-hand side of the screen, with messages that invoke some spooky vibes. That’s where we’ll need to head.
Either use a weapon fused with a rock, or the Vow of Yunobo to break down all of the rocks in your way, and head toward the voice calling out to you. Once you find yourself in the split in the road, head to the right. You’ll see dialogue boxes once again that will prove that you’re heading in the right direction.

Once you break down the final wall, you’ll see your new friend, the Horned Statue sitting in isolation in a room. Speaking to it will give you some story details, as well as a taste of what it can do. Now you’re ready to strike a deal with the statue and clear out another side quest in the process.
What Does the Horned Statue Do In Tears Of The Kingdom?
After speaking with the Horned Statue, you can play a bit of a game with them. They’ll take either a piece of your Stamina Wheel or one of your Hearts in exchange for 100 Rupees, and allow you to swap between them for an additional 120 Rupees. If you can’t be bothered with Shrines at the moment, this will allow you to swap between the two at a moment’s notice, all for a small monetary donation to the demonic statue.
Now that you’re ready to become more powerful than you could have ever imagined, get ready to take on the terrifying Gleeoks and find out how to get plenty of rupees quickly with our Tears of the Kingdom section below. We’ve covered a large portion of the game, but there is always something new to discover in the lands of Hyrule.
