Who Voices Gambit in Marvel Rivals?

You've probably heard him before.

Marvel Rivals boasts an incredible cast of voice actors who bring their all to delivering unforgettable lines. This cast is growing with season five, as a fresh actor is joining the team to lend his talents to the iconic X-Men member and mutant Gambit.

Gambit is joining the roster as a Strategist, which is a very surprising but extremely welcome decision. We’re in desperate need of characters who fulfill any role other than Duelist, and Gambit is here to save the day. If you’re eager to learn more about the actor behind this iconic character, here’s who voices Gambit in Marvel Rivals.

The voice actor for Remy LeBeau, better known as Gambit, in Marvel Rivals is A.J. LoCasio. If he sounds familiar to you, it’s likely because this isn’t his first rodeo. In fact, he’s extremely experienced at voicing Gambit, as he voices him in X-Men ’97, the reboot/continuation of the original animated X-Men series.

If you look closely at Gambit’s cards, you can even spot images and designs taken directly from X-Men ’97. He’s got himself and Rogue on the ace card, Storm on the queen card, Mister Sinister on the King card, and more designs, all of which are from the show.

In addition to X-Men ’97, there are plenty of other projects you may recognize A.J. LoCasio’s voice from. He’s also played Marty McFly in Back to the Future: The Game, Lotor and several other characters in Voltron: Legendary Defender, Han Solo in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, and Gizmo and several other characters in Gremlins: Secrets of the Mogwai.

I recognized his voice right away upon watching the first trailer that teased season five. He’s not the only one returning to his role, either, as the voice actress for Rogue in X-Men ’97 confirmed she’s also voicing her character. We won’t see Rogue until season 5.5, though, so all we have is her voice in the trailer for now.

There’s plenty to uncover this season, so if you’re eager to learn more about it, you may want to check out the season five patch notes and all season five battle pass skins. Be sure to also still work on content from the previous season, as the Marvel Zombies mode is still going strong and has plenty of challenges for you to tackle, like beating Nightmare 4 and defeating Zombie Scarlet Witch.
