Where To Spend Imbued Fruits in Absolum

After the end of each run, you’ll collect a bunch of Radiance depending on how far you’ve traversed, which increases the overall Radiance level of the Sanctuary. Each time the Radiance level is increased, you receive a reward, which is either a Primordial Seed or an Imbued Fruit.

It’s pretty obvious what to do with Primordial Seeds, but what about Imbued Fruits that keep piling up? Here is everything you need to know about these and where you can spend them.

Imbued Fruits in Absolum

Imbued Fruits are a resource used to enhance Rituals in Absolum. You can spend them by interacting with Vikhana the Joyful at the Sanctuary (Uchawi’s Hearth).

Vikhana can essentially buff the different possible rituals you’ll receive of a certain type. For instance, if you like using the Ritual of Thunder a lot, you can upgrade its individual rituals and increase their strength.

Buffing rituals means that you’ll be much stronger in subsequent runs.

How to Unlock Vikhana the Joyful

Unlike other NPCs, Vikhana isn’t immediately available at the Sanctuary (Uchawi’s Hearth), which is why you’ll first need to save her. After defeating the Underking, you will leave Grandery and sail for Jaroba. Very early on in Jaroba, you’ll find Vikhana surrounded by enemies, and defeating them will free her. This is a key event, and you can’t miss out on it.

She’ll make her way back to the Sanctuary and become an active NPC to buff your rituals at the cost of Imbued Fruits. In short, you need to beat the Underking and reach Jaroba to unlock her.

By the time you free Vikhana, you’ll have plenty to spend, so choose wisely which rituals you want to buff first.

How to Earn More Imbued Fruits

As you play more, you’ll earn Radianace throughout your runs and get Imbued Fruits as a possible reward from Uchawi at the Sanctuary upon revival.

Other than that, completing some tasks and challenges for Wisshelm the Archivist will also grant you Imbued Fruits as rewards.

Thankfully, there aren’t a million different currencies or resources to keep track of in Absolum, and the meta-progression, as well as your purchases during a run, are all pretty intuitive and straightforward.
