As you browse through your list of quests in Fortnite, you may have questions about one that asks you to find three car parts. What do these car parts look like? Where can you find them? Do you need to do anything special with them once you find them?
To answer these questions, and more, we’ve put together a quick guide going over where you can find the three car parts in Fortnite.
Where To Find The Three Car Parts In Fortnite
The first question most Fortnite players will have is where to find the three car parts. Two of the car parts can be found at Compact Cars outside of Dirty Docks. The third and final car part can be found at Dirty Docks.
Our suggestion is to land at Compact Cars and pick up the two car parts there first before heading into Dirty Docks to grab the third car part.
In the map image above, we’ve circled where you can find each car part in Fortnite at both Compact Cars and Dirty Docks. When you’re at Compact Cars, you’ll find the first car part towards the front edge of the area near the chain fence.
The second car part is towards the back brick fence area of Compact Cars. Below, we have two photos of what each car part looks like.
Car Part #1 – Compact Cars

When you find a car part, all you need to do is interact with it and pick it up. That’s it.
When you’ve grabbed the two car parts at Compact Cars, head into Dirty Docks and to the back. There, you’ll find a stack of shipping containers.
The third car part is hidden inside the green shipping container seen in the photo below.
When you’ve found this shipping container, all you need to do is break it open and you’ll uncover the third car part which you can interact with and pick up off the ground.
Car Part # 3 – Dirty Docks
Once you’ve collected the third and final car part in Fortnite, you’ll earn 20,000 XP and can tackle other tasks like destroying structures at Durrr Burger Restaurant or Durrr Burger Food Truck.
