When is the Cherry Blossom Biome Coming to Minecraft? – Answered

The Cherry Blossoms Biome will be coming to Minecraft in the 1.20 update. The update currently has no official release date, but we know it will include the Cherry Blossom BIome, the new Sniffer mob, and the new Archealogy mechanic.

However, if you’re interested in taking a look at the Cherry Blossom Biome a bit earlier, it will be available soon in the Java and Bedrock snapshots and beta test realms. So keep your eyes out for when those hit the test servers for you to check out.

Some more information on the Cherry Blossom Biome was given on the official Minecraft website; here is a small excerpt:

“This beautiful biome is filled with cherry blossom trees that bring a unique look to the horizon as their crowns are big and flat, like fluffy pink clouds. It’s no wonder that three adorable mobs, pigs, sheep, and bees, are drawn to them and will spawn in this biome.”
