Mega Legendary Raids – or 6 Star Raids – feature Legendary Mega Pokemon such as Mega Latios and Latias and are more difficult than normal Mega Raids and 5 Star Raids. This means you’ll need to group up with other Trainers for any hope of winning.

Because of the difficulty spike, it’s also recommended that you’re level 30 or above before trying to take them on because even if you’re in a group with several other players, your team will most likely be knocked out over and over.

It is also important to go in with plenty of healing items in case your team is defeated and you need to rush back into the battle. If you can’t heal, it’s game over for you and the rest of the group will be down a crucial number, lowering their chances of success.

Like all previous Raids, Mega Legendary Raids require both Raid and Remote Raid Passes to participate so you don’t need to worry about acquiring a separate item.
