Warframe: How to Get the Energy Nexus Mod

Certain frames are about to have a field day.

Warframe added a ton of mods with the new Whispers in the Walls update, with some being considerably more useful than others. Here’s how to get the Energy Nexus mod in Warframe.

Where to Find the Energy Nexus Mod in Warframe

The Energy Nexus mod can be acquired either through killing the Suzerain variant of the Fragmented boss (found through the Assassination node Effervo), killing Rogue Voidrigs/Bonewidows, or killing Anatomizers. All of the above are found within the new Entrati Labs nodes as part of the Whispers in the Walls update. The mod isn’t a guaranteed drop, so be ready to farm it for a bit until it drops for you.

If you’re looking to be as efficient as possible, farming the Effervo mission is going to be your best bet. You have a chance of finding either Anatomizers or the Suzerain variant of The Fragmented this way. Alternatively, if you have a node where you feel Rogue Voidrigs/Bonewidows spawn more frequently, you can try that. I haven’t had much luck, but maybe you’ll fare differently.

What Does the Energy Nexus Mod Do?

The Energy Nexus mod is a Warframe mod that grants +3 Energy Regen/s. This is additive to whatever Energy Regen you’re already at, making it a massive upgrade. This is immensely useful for frames such as Dagath who chew through Energy like it’s nothing. However, it’s worth remembering that you’re losing out on a slot for another mod. Arcane Energize can also stomp all over this boost if you have it max-ranked already. It’ll heavily depend on the use case.
