A confusingly random list, that's for sure.

If you want to get a specific element for your Kuva/Tenet weapon in Warframe, you must bring along the right progenitor frame. Here are all Kuva Lich and Sister of Parvos Progenitor frames in Warframe.

The progenitor frames are split up into seven different categories, for seven different elements. Those elements and which frames you need to bring can be found below:

For the above table, you can bring along whichever frame within that element category. However, the bolded frames are the ones that are particularly good when it comes to getting the Kuva Lich or Sister to spawn.

What Are Progenitor Frames?

Progenitor frames in Warframe are frames you can take with you to spawn a Kuva Lich or Sister of Parvos, with whichever frame you bring along applying a default version of that element to the weapon. For example, if I spawned a Sister of Parvos while playing Wisp, and the Sister’s weapon is a Tenet Arca Plasmor, I would get a Tenet Arca Plasmor with Heat as a damage bonus. In essence, this means you want to bring along a frame corresponding to an elemental effect you want on your weapon. I like Magnetic for my Arca Plasmor, but it’s ultimately up to you and your build. If you only use the weapon for mastery fodder, take along whatever you’d like.
