Riot Games injected a monumental amount of excitement into the video game community when it revealed that it was working on a character-based tactical first-person shooter that many have likened to a mix between Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Overwatch. This title had been codenamed Project A up until a recent reveal that confirmed the game’s official name as Valorant. This announcement also confirmed the release date window for when players can expect to be able to get their hands on what was formerly known as Project A. Luckily for players who are wanting to play this FPS as soon as possible, the arrival of the formerly known Project A is not too far away. Interested individuals in the upcoming game will be able to dive into all of the adrenaline-fueled action it promises to offer this summer, as Riot Games announced that the release date window for the title is Summer 2020. Unfortunately, no other specific information has been provided by the developer regarding a more precise release date.
