The prompt for the first activity is “We might be able to track CPT Rogers’ comms via satellite.”

The solution for the prompt is to complete the Space Administration HQ mission on any difficulty. The main mission is located in the Southwest District. It can be done while the region is invaded, but you can simply complete the mission on Normal difficulty to get the activity done faster.

The hint for the second activity is “Intel suggests Rogers was using Southwest as his base of operations.”

The answer to the second riddle is to take over The Choke control point. It is located in the northwest corner of the Southwest District. Simply defeat all enemies and defend the point to complete the challenge. You will have reset all control points if already completed.
