The prompt for the first activity is “Disrupt Outcast operations wherever you find them.”

The solution for the prompt is to complete two activities with the Outcasts faction. The challenge can be done in any region on the map as long as the activity features the Outcasts. Taking over and defending Outcast control points may work, or complete random activities in Outcast heavy regions.

The hint for the second activity is “Eliminate Outcasts.”

The answer to the second riddle is to eliminate 25 Outcast enemies in Washington D.C. This can be done across the entire Washington D.C. map, though the main missions are the quickest method. Main missions that feature Outcasts are Potomac Event Center, Federal Emergency Bunker, Roosevelt Island stronghold, and DCD Headquarters.

The hint for the third activity is “Black Tusk are using the Outcasts as cover to seize more territory. Drive them out.”

The solution to the third activity is to complete two Invaded Missions. Specific missions get picked each week to be invaded, which means the Black Tusk faction takes over the mission instead of the regular enemies. Invaded missions are slightly different and marked on the map with a red mission marker icon.
