The prompt for the first activity is “Let’s thin out the elite enemy forces present in Downtown West.”

The solution for the prompt is to eliminate five elite enemies in the Downtown West region. These are enemies with yellow health bars. This can be easily done by increasing the Global Difficulty when doing open-world activities or playing the Bank Headquarters mission on Heroic.

The hint for the second activity is “The next step is to disrupt enemy operations in Downtown West.”

The answer to the second riddle is to complete one activity in the Downtown West region. The open world activities that can pop up within the area on the map include Hostage Situation, Public Execution, Propaganda Broadcast, Territory Control, Supply Drop, Resource Convoy, and Elite Patrols. Setting the Global Difficulty to Normal will help clear the activities faster.

The hint for the third activity is “Take control over the Bank Headquarters.”

The solution to the third activity is to complete the Bank Headquarters mission on any difficulty. It is the only main mission located in the Downtown West region and can be completed easily in solo by setting the difficulty to Normal. Complete the mission to finish this week’s Scout riddles.
