The Greatest Treasures in Cookie Run Kingdom

Treasures carry all sorts of benefits that are useful across various builds. These trinkets can be divided between two common types, not mentioned directly in the game. On one hand, you have treasures that need to be activated mid-battle to receive the most benefits—and on the other hand, you have treasures that provide passive buffs. Treasures can amplify a team’s damage plenty and can equally make them durable at the same time. But these treasures listed below are the most highly-used and helpful ones at the moment.

Old Pilgrim’s Scroll and Disciple’s Magic Scroll

Old Pilgrim’s Scroll is arguably considered the best and most widely-used treasure in Cookie Run Kingdom because of its ability to increase the attack damage of all cookies in a team. It’s such a simple yet powerful treasure to have for every player in the game.

Disciple’s Magic Scroll is similar to Old Pilgrim’s Scroll, with the trade-off being less attack damage for an increase in defense. If you’re not in need of a lot of damage, using Disciple’s Magic Scroll will still offer some attack scaling, but it will mostly help you stay alive by providing a thirty-percent defense amplification buff. This is especially important for high-damage builds that require a little more durability. That said, you can only use one of these treasures at a time since they cannot be used side-by-side, so pick the more reasonable choice.

Sleepyhead’s Jelly Watch and Squishy Jelly Watch

Both Sleepyhead’s Jelly Watch and Squishy Jelly Watch offer cooldown reductions. The major difference between the two treasures is that Sleepyhead’s Jelly Watch provides a small attack damage buff alongside its cooldown reduction perk. However, depending on what level each treasure is, it might be most beneficial to avoid using Sleepyhead’s Jelly Watch if it provides less cooldown reduction.

Since Squishy Jelly Watch is a common-type treasure and Sleepyhead’s Jelly Watch is an epic-type treasure, the latter is a lot harder to farm for and the advantageous benefits are generally outweighed by the difference in treasure level. For example, a level twelve Squishy Jelly Watch is better than a level two Sleepyhead’s Jelly Watch, despite it having a slight attack damage boost. You primarily want to get the most cooldown reduction out of these treasures to make sure your cookies always proc their abilities before enemies do, and much more frequently too. Just like the Old Pilgrim’s Scroll and Disciple’s Magic Scroll, you can only use one version of this treasure in a team.

Grim-looking Scythe and Grim-looking Electrifying Scythe

As one of the latest treasures introduced, Grim-looking Electrifying Scythe has become a must-have for certain electricity-type meta builds. Compared to the normal Grim-looking Scythe, the newest treasure offers four times the critical chance rate at level one with the only caveat being usage. The treasure only benefits electricity-type cookies.

And even in its standard form, Grim-looking Scythe’s ability to boost an entire team’s critical chance by ten percent at level one and later thirty percent by level twelve offers an incredibly great reason to add it to any team. If you’re in need of more damage and want to consistently dish out critical hits with your team, these treasures will not disappoint. Again, you can only use one version of these treasures in a team.

Dream Conductor’s Whistle

Another critical chance-boosting treasure is Dream Conductor’s Whistle. Not only does it provide a fifteen percent crit chance buff for the entire team at the start of battle, but it boosts the attack damage and damage resist stats of the two highest-damage-dealing cookies within the group. When both of these boosted cookies die, the treasure immediately heals the entire team for thirty percent of its maximum health.

This treasure is especially great for builds that require two hard-hitting characters to wipe enemies out, as it makes them more stronger and durable in fights. Besides Old Pilgrim’s Scroll, Dream Conductor’s Whistle is another incredibly overpowered treasure to have at any level. If you don’t have this treasure yet, you’re missing out.

Sugar Swan’s Shining Feather

Nothing beats coming back to life in a deadly battle, right? Well, Sugar Swan’s Shining Feather offers a second chance for cookies by reviving the first fallen character in battle, healing them completely, and resetting their ability cooldowns.

This treasure is sometimes used in most meta builds, but it’s incredibly helpful for newer players starting off as it offers a second life for fragile damage dealers. More so, it’s kind of overpowered on Golden Cheese Cookie because it resurrects him a second time. If you’re ever stuck in a chapter, try using this treasure to give yourself another chance in battle.

How to Level Treasures in Cookie Run Kingdom

Treasures are acquired through the game’s gacha system, where players can use crystals or tickets to pull for a chance at one of the many available trinkets in Cookie Run Kingdom. Leveling these treasures is quite an easy task that won’t require you to do anything stressful. All you have to do to level your treasures is just keep rolling for them in the gacha system since each new duplicate automatically converts into experience for your acquired trinkets, which then slowly levels them up.
