Players will find that the sea is where the Surgeonfish will spend its time whenever it does spawn in the world of the latest entry in the fan-favorite Nintendo franchise.
However, there is a specific time that it will spawn in the game’s world during the year. Individuals in the Northern Hemisphere will be able to find this particular aquatic creature in the sea between April and September. Those in the Southern Hemisphere will be able to encounter and catch this fish between October and March.
Luckily, this fish spawns all day which means players do not have to wait for a specific period to be able to catch the Surgeonfish.

Individuals who can catch this fish will be able to sell the fish for a total of 1,000 Bells.
