When a new fighting game is released, the first thing many people look for is a tier list. While this article contains a Soul Calibur 6 tier list, it can’t be stated enough that this is extremely early in the life of the game. Even years after a fighting game releases, tier lists are still being adjusted. This Soul Calibur 6 tier list will be no different. With all that said, we will be updating this Soul Calibur 6 tier list regularly, so check back often as patches and competitive players help shape and alter the tier list.
The SC6 tier list below divides the characters into a variety of tiers. The best characters are in the S tier, while the worst characters are in the C tier. However, it must be stated that tier lists only impact the game at the highest level of play. If two casual players are fighting against each other, their skill will determine who wins far more than the tier of their character. Likewise, even if the best players in the world are fighting, the tier of a character only means so much. Skill is still a big factor in who wins.

Tier List Explanations
S Tier Characters
Geralt – The guest character from The Witcher has everything he needs to be one of the best characters in the game. He has fast low attacks that knock down, access to Brave Edge (EX) attacks, the ability to parry with his Signs, among a number of other Sign abilities and deceptively long range, speed and damage.
