The baseline for vehicles in Rage 2 is already utterly absurd thanks to the heavy weaponry and glowing blue engines that seem to be standard issue for the world. If that isn’t enough for you then Rage 2 is happy to answer your prayers in the form of the vehicle upgrades you can buy mess around with. Each vehicle has its own set of upgrades for you to choose from, the only real limit is the number of Auto Parts you have.

Auto Parts can be found around the world in chests and shops and each upgrade costs a set amount of them. While something like Cruise Missiles might only cost 10 Auto Parts, a more powerful upgrade like the Hellfire Mortar costs 50. Thankfully, the world is full of broken-down vehicles and people looking to make a bit of money, so you’ll find plenty of these parts on your journey.

To actually upgrade your vehicle, simply go to the Vehicles tab of your menu and select the one you want to upgrade. From there, choose to View Upgrades and then all you have to do is select the one you want and buy it using the Auto Parts. There are no hidden costs here, so you don’t have to worry about using Feltrite.
