There was a lot of buzz this weekend at Pokemon Go Fest in Chicago, but as the dust settles it looks like everyone is getting what they wanted. Niantic has finally added Lugia to Pokemon Go. These sets are determined to have the highest damage per second (DPS) out of Lugia’s entire moveset. You can certainly experiment with other options, but if you’re looking for the absolute highest DPS, Extrasensory and Futuresight, or Dragon Tail and Futuresight are the way to go.
