New Pokemon Snap has a number of requests for players to complete, including one called Hide and Seek in the Flowers. This is a request found at the beginning of your requests list, and is fairly easy to complete when you know what the steps are.
Speaking of which, we’re going to make things a little easier by walking you through the steps needed to complete the Hide and Seek in the Flowers request in New Pokemon Snap!
New Pokemon Snap | How to Complete Hide and Seek in the Flowers
To complete the “Hide and Seek in the Flowers” request in New Pokemon Snap, you’ll need to jump into the Florio Nature Park (Day) course. Unlike other requests, this isn’t dependent on the course’s Research Level, meaning you can complete it at any time.
Once you’re playing through the Florio Nature Park (Day) course, you’ll need to find and photograph Pichu. Specifically, you’ll need to find Pichu in the large meadow of flowers towards the end of the course and photograph it there.
To do this, head through the course towards the end. Right when you enter the meadow of flowers, look to your left to see Pichu hidden in a bush of flowers. If you don’t see Pichu, you can press X to scan to reveal Pichu’s location.
When you’ve found Pichu, press B to throw a Fluffruit at it, causing it to jump up out of the flowers. When it does this, snap a photo and show it to Professor Mirror to complete the Hide and Seek in the Flowers in New Pokemon Snap.
Note that if you miss the shot of Pichu popping up out of the flowers, you can retry the course and press RT to speed up the NEO-ONE and reach the end of the course quicker.

- Run through the Florio Nature Park (Day) course.
- When you reach the meadow of flowers towards the end of the course, look immediately to your left to spot Pichu hidden in the flowers.
- If you don’t see Pichu, press X to scan to find its location.
- When you see Pichu, throw a Fluffruit at it to make it pop up out of the flowers.
- Take a photo right when Pichu pops up and show that photo to Professor Mirror to complete the Hide and Seek in the Flowers request in New Pokemon Snap.
