If you're looking to up your armor game in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne and you're wanting to start kicking some butt in Master Rank armor, then you're going to need to shell out for some materials. One of those materials is Bathycite Ore, and it's not that easy to find. Check out our Monster Hunter World Iceborne Bathycite Ore guide for where to find these pesky rocks and also what they're good for when it comes down to crafting.

Monster Hunter World Iceborne Bathycite Ore Guide - Bathycite Ore Location

The important thing to note about Bathycite Ore is that it doesn't occur horribly frequently in the wild outside of the Coral Highlands. If you're wanting to farm some, then your best bet is to stick to the Highlands and do a ton of loops of the map, as you would when farming any other material.

Our recommended path on this farming trail would be: kick-off at the Northeast camp, run through Area 11, pop over to Area 8, rinse and repeat by either hopping into a new expedition or killing time while you wait for the nodes to respawn. Areas 11 and 8 have the most of this particular ore, so we wouldn't particularly find it worthy to do a loop of the whole map looking for other nodes in the name of efficiency. You've got to be in Master Rank areas to have a chance of getting this material, so please keep that in mind before you go on your hunt.
