Make Use of Team Tactics

While it can be tempting to choose a team of creatures and then stick to it, doing this will severely undercut the amount of power. You can always see the enemies that are in a specific battle, so make sure you’re setting your party up with creatures that are going to be productive and strong in battle. This will make defeating your enemies much easier. You’ll also want to take some time to learn the different class types—Attacker, Defender, Support and Saboteur. There’s also four different elemental types to learn, including Fire, Water, Air and Earth. Each type has its weaknesses and strengths, so make sure you learn them early on.

Save Soulstones

If you’ve been playing Might & Magic: Elemental Guardians for any length of time, then you’re probably already managed to snag yourself a few Soulstones. If you haven’t opened them up yet, then you’re already off to a good start. Make sure you’re saving most of these for special events and things, as this will often give you a chance to really maximize the new creatures you can get, as you’ll sometimes need to open up a certain amount of Soulstones in order to receive some additional rewards. Of course, you can’t be expected to hold onto every single one, but we’d suggest at least holding onto 2 Soulstones for every 1 Soulstone you open.

Upgrade Your Spell Caster at the Magical House

One of the primary things you’ll want to make use of in Might & Magic: Elemental Guardians is your spell caster. This is your player character, and the powers that you have available are important at helping you defeat enemies. You can upgrade these powers by visiting the Magical House, where you’ll find the Anima House, the Materia House, and the Chimera House. You can only activate one house at a time, however, each one has unique paths that will upgrade your powers to a noticeable degree. Take advantage of these options to maximize your power level and increase your spell caster’s attacks and ability cooldowns.

If you take advantage of the tips we’ve offered above, you’ll find your spell caster and your team much more powerful, allowing you to stand on your own a good deal more in battle. This will lead to less Energy waste, and more successful missions—which should be your overall goal in the end.
