Leaf Stone Pokemon Sword and Shield Location Guide

Fancy yourself an Eevee collector? If you’re gunning for Leafeon, then you’re going to need the Leaf Stone to fulfill your goal. You’ll also need this precious stone if you’re wanting to turn Nuzleaf into Shiftry, or Gloom into Vileplume. Now, down to the hard part of actually finding it.

Like other stones in this generation of the Pokemon games, including the Fire Stone, one way to pick them up is to actually have someone else do all the work for you. By someone else, we mean the Digging Duo. You can find them in Bridge Field, and handing over some Watts will get them to dig up something for you (which hopefully ends up being the Leaf Stone). These Stones aren’t guaranteed, but it’s just a matter of investing time and watts.

Another way to get a Leaf Stone is to, well, find one. You’ll be well-acquainted with Turffield by this point, seeing as how you’d have had to battle a Gym Leader there already. Keep left and you’ll find someone staring at some ruins – duck behind him and go down the road to find a Leaf Stone. If you want to play elemental Stone roulette, you can also head to the Lake of Outrage and keep your eyes peeled for a Watt Trade standing by a body of water. Head onto the water into a circle of stones, and check each one. They’ll yield some type of elemental Stone and these Stones do respawn, so you can check back if you don’t get a Leaf one.

Now that you have our guide to the Leaf Stone Pokemon Sword and Shield location, it should be a piece of cake to nab one. Need a hand with anything else in Galar? Check out these guides that we’ve put together:
