If venturing off into the deepest reaches of outer space sounds like a great way to spend your time, then Starfield has no doubt been on your mind for a fair bit of time now. With this adventure finally on the horizon, players are eager to get into their crafted ship and start sailing off into the world laid out before them with unknown quests and excitement waiting for them. Will Starfield Have Multiplayer on Xbox Series X|S or PC?

When checking the official Starfield listing on the Microsoft Store, it shows that Starfield is listed as Single Player, with no Multiplayer offerings shown. While this may be upsetting for gamers hoping to partake in a new space-themed epic with their friends, Bethesda has never really been known to make their typical RPG experiences multiplayer.

While there are games like The Elder Scrolls Online and Fallout 76 available for players to jump into with their friends, Bethesda RPG titles do not contain multiplayer aspects. While PC players are likely hard at work creating mods that will allow friends to partake in this new epic together, console players will only have the option to play Starfield on their own.

However, this shouldn’t deter those who are eager to jump into the widest reaches of the unknown, as Starfield is shaping up to be the killer app the Xbox needs. As the release of this new world crafted by one of the most revered companies in the world draws closer, we can only hope that the release shapes up to be the best that Bethesda has brought to the table yet.
