Elden Ring, the massively popular game developed by From Software took the world by storm. Videos, articles, and everything in between can be found on every corner of the internet. Some fans have even taken it to the next level with mods and even new platforms. You might even find yourself asking is Elden Ring playable on VR?

Is Elden Ring Playable on VR? (Oculus, PSVR, Vive)

While no official release of Elden Ring is on any VR headsets. There is an unofficial mod coming soon! Luke Ross, a VR modder is currently working on a build of Elden Ring for VR. You can check out a work in progress trailer for the game below.

It’s quite a far cry from the original experience. Most notably it’s first-person perspective due to the nature of VR. While the mod isn’t released yet, in a Patreon post on Ross’ RealVR Patreon he posted that the first build should be out as early as next week. So you’ll want to stay tuned in there to get the latest updates.

I would be surprised if From Software ever did a full-on official VR port for Elden Ring, so this will have to suffice for now if you’re trying to explore the Lands Between in virtual reality.
