Season 6 brings more content to COD Mobile and with the latest summer update for the game, players can unlock the Grau 5.56 assault rifle. This weapon was iconic in the first iteration of Warzone and there is no doubt it will be good in Call of Duty Mobile, so I’m here to help you unlock the weapon as fast as possible.
COD Mobile – How to Get the Grau 5.56
To unlock the Grau 5.56, you have to reach level 21 in the Season 6 Battle Pass. Although most of the items in a fresh Battle Pass require the premium purchase, there are a handful of tiers that are free. The Grau 5.56 is one of the free tiers, so anyone can unlock the weapon for free as long they grind some matches.
I recommend getting the Grau while Season 6 is live for the easiest path to the new assault rifle. Seasons typically last for one month, so the new AR will be tied to the pass for most of July 2023 and early August 2023. After Season 7 drops in COD Mobile, the method to unlock the rifle will change.

As soon as Battle Pass weapons are no longer new, they are added to their respective weapon category and are given a challenge. Most of the assault rifles that are added to the game require basic challenges like “earn 30 headshots with assault rifles” and I’ve earned multiple ARs at a time with the same challenge.
The good news is that you will never have to spend any COD Points or real-life currency to get seasonal weapons in CODM. Only specialized melee weapons are thrown into crates, and they aren’t any different than standard melee.
