How to Scry Maps in Path of Exile 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur

With the Divination Scarab of Curation out of the picture in Path of Exile’s Settlers of Kalguur league, players are looking for a new way to swap the Divination Card loot tables between maps. In patch 3.25, they brought this mechanic back, arguably in a less restricted way. This new feature is called Scry, and here’s how to use it in Path of Exile 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur league.

How to Scry a Map in PoE 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur

To scry a map, you need to find the Nameless Seer in one of your maps. If you remember from the previous league, the Nameless Seer also shows up but only offers a shop filled with random unique items. In 3.25, you have the option to scry a map and purchase one unique item from the store.

So, how do you spawn the Nameless Seer? Well, he has a very low chance of spawning in one of your maps, and they need to be at least tier 16. Since the Nameless Seer’s location is also random when it does show up on your map, you need to clean out the map to have a better chance of finding him.

The best strategy is to use an “alch and go” strategy: You get a tier 16 map, make it rare with an Alchemy Orb, and run it as fast as possible. You can also use a Cartographer’s Chisel to upgrade the map’s quality.

How Does Scrying Work in Path of Exile 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur?

When you finally find the Nameless Seer and press the “Scry a map” feature, it’ll open up your Atlas. Hover over each of the available maps and hold the “alt” key to check their Divination Card loot tables.

You can choose any map from the Atlas and the loot table of the current map you are running will transfer to the map of your choice. For example, if you are running Defiled Cathedral and find the Nameless Seer, you can scry the Beach map, and the Defiled Cathedral loot table will transfer to the Beach map.

Since Defiled Cathedral drops one of the best Divination Cards, the Apothecary, you want to run it and scry it to your favorite map. Using an Orb of Scouring will remove the scrying. Don’t forget to purchase a free unique item after scrying!
